About the role

You will join our new AI practice, building machine learning and LLM features into client products. You cover the full lifecycle: data, models, deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data and feature pipelines
• Train, evaluate and fine-tune models, both classical ML and LLMs
• Integrate models behind APIs and into existing applications
• Set up experiment tracking, evaluation and monitoring
• Work with product teams to define and measure success metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years in ML or data engineering, or a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Solid Python and the PyData stack (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Experience deploying models to production, not just notebooks
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and prompt design
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

• MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow or BentoML)
• Vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant or Weaviate)
• Managed cloud ML services
• LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
