About the role

You will work alongside development teams to make releases fast, safe and boring. You design and maintain the infrastructure our applications run on and help engineers ship with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins or GitHub Actions)
• Run containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform or Ansible
• Set up logging, metrics, alerting and dashboards
• Improve reliability, backups and incident response

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong scripting in Bash, Python or Go
• Experience with at least one cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Comfortable with Linux administration and networking basics

Nice to have

• Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD or Flux
• Prometheus and Grafana, or the ELK stack
• On-prem virtualisation (Proxmox, OpenNebula)
• Security hardening and secrets management
